Cold storage: Belt flexibility decreases; Pressure should be applied at the time of closure, and if possible, conditioning at room temperature is recommended.

Hot summer months / car interior: Poor quality tape may melt or lose adhesion; The band type should be reviewed during the busy summer season.

Long stock period: Bags should be stacked flat, away from direct sunlight and heat sources; The tape surface should be protected from dust and moisture.

Initial contact adhesion: The bag should adhere instantly when gently pressed against the mouth; The operator should not intervene a second time.

Alignment tolerance: The tape edge should not extend beyond the bag edge; Overflow carries the risk of sticking to the cargo belt or conveyor.

Temperature test: The sample bag can be kept at 40–50°C for a short time and the closure can be repeated (seasonal risk assessment).

Reclosing: Once the tape is opened and closed again, minimum holding time should be observed.

Film-tape compatibility: Tape performance may differ on matte, gray-black or transparent film surfaces; It should be tested on the type of bag used.

How much adhesive bandwidth should be? It depends on the bag mouth width and content weight; For narrow bags, a minimum band of 4–5 cm is considered a practical lower limit.

Is the tape quality affected in the printed bag? The printing area should be kept separate from the belt area; Tape adhesion after printing is verified by manufacturer quality control.
